Data Retention Period

Personal data is retained until a request to delete the account.

Data Recipients

The data collected is for the exclusive use of the CENTURI City Hall. This data is never made public.

The processing does not involve automated decision-making (Article 22 of the GDPR).

Personal data such as connection logs may be reused for scientific research purposes in accordance with personal data protection regulations, unless individuals object to the data controller.

Transfer of Data Outside the European Union

There is no transfer of data outside the European Union.

II – Users' Personal Data

Browsing the website is free and does not require a user account. Personal data is collected for the technical management of the website: connection data is collected for technical management, website security, and traffic statistics.

The data controller and recipient is the CENTURI Town Hall; the basis for data collection is the legitimate interest of the data controller.

The data is retained for a maximum of one year.

The CENTURI Town Hall undertakes to take all necessary measures to preserve the security and confidentiality of data, including preventing unauthorized third parties from accessing, altering, disclosing, or destroying it.
